All Rum Point Resort condos feature sleek finishes, designer decor, and an open-concept layout maximizing space, natural light, and stunning ocean views. All the comforts of home are provided in this 4-bedroom suite of two connecting 2-bedroom condos.
Totaling 2,740 sq. ft., this expanded condo (#105 + #106) includes two gourmet kitchens, two living areas, and two connected verandas with walkout access to the beach. This option is a great solution for traveling families or large groups looking for direct beach access. Indoor and outdoor dining for 10.
All condos strike the perfect balance of modern luxury and seamless indoor/outdoor island living. Central air conditioning and high-speed wifi will keep you cool and connected during your stay.
Forever blue ocean views from the great room and primary suites will leave you breathless. The crisp coastal decor throughout accentuates the island scenery.
The living areas come furnished with plush sofas, large SmartTVs, and stunning ocean views. Walk out from the primary suites and living areas onto the connected veranda with barefoot access to the beach.
The gourmet kitchens come equipped with a suite of Thermador appliances. Cookware, dishware, glassware, and cutlery are also provided. An outdoor dining table is furnished on each unit's private verandah for meals with sweeping oceanfront views. An indoor dining table is also furnished just off the kitchen area in each condo.
The Rum Point Resort fits all condos with blackout window shades, the finest Egyptian cotton bedding, hypoallergenic pillows, duvets, and sumptuous robes.

When it comes to tidying up, we've got you covered with in-unit laundry rooms, plus complimentary daily housekeeping.
There is also a rarely used 5th-floor sunset terrace with dining tables and seating with 270-degree island views of Cayman Kai and beyond. The terrace is also a serene setting for a quiet read with elevated views.
While the Rum Point Resort offers many amenities and privacy, guests can also enjoy the beach, watersports, and dining options next door at our sister beach club, the Rum Point Club. Accessible by walking on the sand from the resort, the proximity to the Rum Point Club is incredibly convenient.

Blown Away!
by SeanI cant say enough good things about our stay here. From the second we walked in we were blown away by how nice this unit was. The photos on the airbnb listing were exactly what the place looked like. My wife and son loved the stay loved that we were steps away from the beach and pool! It was quiet and peaceful the entire stay as there were not a ton of people. Will stay again if we come back to visit
Wonderful Stay

by KurtisOverall a nice, clean place. On Rum Point, a very short walk to the Rum Point Club. Restaurant on site was just opening, so a bit limited. Beach was so so, not the same as Seven Mile, but quiet. The facility had towels, beach chairs, etc. which was nice. Has its' own dock, so we had a charter pick us up on that dock. Very clean, maid service was very good.

The famous Rum Point Club is newly renovated and consistently ranked as one of the top attractions on Grand Cayman. Only 100 yards to the west of the resort, the club offers a barefoot beach, restaurant, beach bar, beach table service, and water sports rentals!
The Rum Point Club occupies 700 feet of soft beach on the west side of the actual point, whereas the Rum Point Resort offers 500 feet on the more private east side.
The reef-protected resort beachfront enjoys a sandy beach with guest-only beach service with sun loungers, sun beds, and shade umbrellas. A private dock with a ladder provides gentle water entry into a sublime marine environment with excellent snorkeling out to the reef. Either swim fins or pool shoes are suggested while exploring the ocean.
Having the best of both worlds was key in designing the Rum Point Resort so that our guests can retreat to the privacy of the resort should the crowds descend on the Rum Point Club during the day.

Booking Rules
- A 3-night minimum stay is required year-round.
- A 5-night minimum stay is required over Thanksgiving week.
- A 7-night minimum stay is required over Christmas and New Year's week.
- Christmas & New Year's dates are typically split into two rental periods. Please inquire about your travel dates prior to booking.
- Check-in: 4:00 pm.
- Check-out: 11:00 am.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the unit during the entire stay.
Deposit Policy
- A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your dates.
- The remaining balance is due as follows:
- Early January - Mid April stays: 60 days before arrival.
- Mid April - Mid December stays: 30 days before arrival.
- Winter Holiday stays: 90 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be submitted by email to [email protected].
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking, no processing fee.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival, will receive a full refund, minus a $200 cancellation/admin fee.
- If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the rent and resort fee will be forfeited, but CI taxes will be refunded to the card on file.
- No refunds for shortened stays with cancellation period.
- We highly recommend adding Travel Insurance to your reservation.

Getting Around
A rental car is highly recommended. Taxi cabs are unreliable and expensive outside of town. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island.
For rental cars, we recommend Budget Cayman, Avis, or Marshalls.
Day Tripping
Cayman Ferries operates daily water taxis departing from the Kaibo Marina to Camana Bay. Perfect for day trips to Seven Mile Beach or shopping excursions at Camana Bay.
Download their app to purchase your tickets in advance. Just be sure to make it back for the return voyage across the sound!
