All condos strike the perfect harmony of modern luxury and seamless indoor/outdoor island living. Central air conditioning and high-speed wifi will keep you cool and connected during your stay.


Beyond the entryway foyer, the home flows into a spacious open-concept great room encompassing the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Forever blue ocean views from the great room and both primary suites will leave you breathless. Crisp coastal decor throughout accentuates the views.


The living area includes a plush sectional sofa, a large SmartTV, a tray ceiling with a ceiling fan, and stunning ocean views.  


Walk out from the living area onto the private open-air balcony overlooking the resort's pool deck and beachfront. The balcony stretches the full width of the home providing ample outdoor living space to savor the panoramic ocean views. Furnished with an alfresco dining table and outdoor seating you will love dining and lounging amid the sky-high scenery. The balcony is also equipped with retractable awnings providing shade and relief from the island sun. 


The gourmet kitchen comes equipped with a suite of Thermador appliances, plus countertop appliances and a kitchen island with breakfast bar seating. Cookware, dishware, glassware, and cutlery also come provided. The outdoor dining table seats 8 on the private balcony for meals with sweeping oceanfront views. 


The Rum Point Resort fits all condos with blackout window shades, the finest Egyptian cotton bedding, hypoallergenic pillows, duvets, and sumptuous robes.

When it comes to tidying up, we've got you covered with an in-unit laundry room, plus complimentary daily housekeeping.


There is also a rarely used 5th-floor open-air owner's terrace with dining tables and seating for sunset dinners with 270-degree island views of Cayman Kai, North Sound, and George Town in the distance. The terrace is also a serene setting for a quiet read with elevated island views.

Absolutely Outstanding!

Absolutely outstanding! We spent 4 nights in a 4 bedroom 3 bath unit on the 4th floor with 4 couples total. The condo was absolute perfection. It was clean and well-appointed. We had groceries delivered from Hurley’s that were put away for us prior to arrival. Parking was easy. The pool and beach were beautiful. Wish we’d had time to use the snorkeling gear they have available. We loved chilling at the pool. The restaurant was terrific and the staff was ultra accommodating. Three of us had wonderful massages at the spa. Eunice was wonderful. Highly recommend her! This place sets up like a house rental because you have a full kitchen but you also have full housekeeping of a resort so there’s no list of chores before checkout. I can’t wait to go back! Next time we’ll bring the kids.

Beautiful Condo

What a nice surprise to go to the beach or the pool and not have to fight for a lounger! Restaurant staff and cleaning staff were all very friendly. The food was great, and the beach bar and Red Sail Sports were a short walk away. The only negative is that Georgetown and the best restaurants are an hour’s drive. The condo was beautiful with top of the line appliances.

Perfect spot

This lovely condo was perfect…clean, well appointed, spacious, great amenities, comfort of beds and pillows. The housekeeping staff was superb. Having the clean wide beach was great. The pool was small and not much space for little children but it was a nice pool. The only less than perfect aspect was that the staff at the desk were slow to respond. We asked that the awning be lowered several times , only to find out it was broken. It was never repaired. The staff were as not helpful in arranging a scuba trip as they could have been. The restaurant had good food and service folks were lovely

Stunning views

We had a lovely stay with sweeping views of the water. The pool and dock are gorgeous. Staff is friendly and attentive. The use of the bikes was a bonus and we rode each morning to Startish point and Kaibo Beach Club. Rum Point Club is right next door. We had an an amazing trip and we will book again.
