  • Island Suite: queen bed, island views, dresser, ensuite with shower. 

  • Bedroom #1: two twin beds, island views, shares hall bath equipped with a shower bath. Twin beds can be fitted into a king bed upon request.

Perfect house and location for our family adventures!

This beautiful Villa was perfect for our families to celebrate Nonna\'s 70th! (5 children-10,7,4,1 yrs). It was spacious (bigger than in pictures), well stocked, plenty of towels, comfortable beds. We loved the quiet location and shallow beachfront-convenient to Kaibo, Rum Point, Starfish Point, Cemetery beach, restaurants and Chisholm\'s Grocery. Chef Thomas Tennant cooked an amazing dinner for us one night (highly recommend). Captain Warren of Silver Thatch tours was great with the little ones for 1st time snorkeling and Sting Ray City. The Caboose Restaurant is a great local place on Frank Sound Road -excellent fish and conch fritters. We will miss the beauty of the Cayman beaches but not the mosquitos! So many wonderful memories made!

Perfect Villa for Us!

Our group of 9 ranging from 2 - 72 years spent a week in Kai Conut. We all agreed it was the best rental we have ever stayed as a group: it was clean, spacious and well-laid out to provide both gathering spaces as well as room to spread out. when needed. Ample beds and towels. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. Having the pool and beach right outside our door was great for our kids. The decking around the pool was beautiful and stayed cool even in mid-day sun. The area was quiet but provided easy access to Starfish Beach, restaurants, coffee shops, and groceries. Having the Kaibo Marina within walking distance allowed us to easily take several tours (fishing (Outcast), Stingray City (Cayman Snorkle), and snorkle tour (Silver Thatch)). It was also easy to visit the Botanical Gardens and Parrot Sanctuary. We hope to come back again! Shout-out to the staff of Grand Cayman Villas who were professional and responsive!

Just as Described

We had a wonderful stay at Kai Conut. The house was very clean and just as described. It was at the end of the street, so very quiet and private. There was a ton of room inside and a ton of room on the pool deck. The two small issues we had were remedied very quickly by the property manager. I could not ask for more and would love to stay again.

Great location

Kai Conut was perfect for our family of 10. The kids loved being able to walk through the water to Star Fish Point, the teenagers rejoiced in going to Kaibo café for breakfast on their own, and I loved being awaken by the rooster! It was a relaxing, enjoyable place - so close to being on the beach at Star Fish point and yet not hearing the noise from the people on the boats. Loved it.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The house itself is beautiful inside and very comfortable for our group of eight adults and three kids. The pool was fantastic with a lot of great places to sit outside in the shade or sun. We also walked a lot on the beach right in the back of the house, but be sure to bring your water shoes because there are jellyfish and other pokey things in the water. It was really easy to walk over to starfish point which was another beautiful beach and great for watching the sunset. The café that was mentioned in reviews is about a 10 minute walk away and was great for coffee and a Tuesday night barbecue dinner. This place is a little remote and it does take a bit of driving to get there, but we loved being off the beaten path a bit and the low key vibes on this part of the island. Neighborhood was great for early morning runs, and the ocean was great in this area for open water swims (waves are really gentle because of the reef that protects this part of the island.) Our only issue was a problem that came up with the air conditioner and they did fix it within 24 hours.

WOW! Such a beautiful place!

This was our third year vacationing in the Cayman Islands. This year we took our family of 5 adults and 2 teenagers for a week and chose Kai Conut. We could not have made a better choice. The property is beautiful, very clean, well stocked with everything you could want. We enjoyed the pool, beach, sunrises from the dock, and it’s right across from Starfish Point for sunset. We saw starfish, stingrays, needlefish, pufferfish, conch, crabs, lizards, and more right on the property. It’s very secluded and private while being close enough to drive to great restaurants for dinner. We loved our stay with our family. Highly recommend.

Great for families and kids

We were a group of 3 families, 6 adults and 6 kids ages 6 and under. The house is beautiful and set up well for multiple families. The house was stocked really well and even had pool floats and beach toys for the kids. The kitchen- living room area was perfect for meals and evening time. The backyard was even nicer than the pictures with a sandy beach and pool. It was a little windy when we were there so fortunate to be right across the street from starfish pointe where it was sheltered from the wind and beautiful everyday. Our group enjoyed walking down to Kaibo to the coffee shop and to dinner, as well as, an afternoon at rum point which has a perfect beach area for the kids. Enjoyed our boat charter to see the stingrays as well - a must do. All in all, a wonderful property and stay. Highly recommend Kai Conut.

Loved Kai Conut!

My family had an amazing time at Kai Conut! The pool and ocean provided endless hours of fun. Being able to walk the beach to Starfish Point was incredible, although there were plenty of Starfish in the water on our own private beach. We loved walking to Kaibo Coffee shop for breakfast every morning and to their beach restaurant for dinner at night. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need for cooking meals. Excellent stay!

Incredible Property

This property is incredible. The pictures don't do it justice. The location is amazing (right next to Starfish Point) and the house has everything you need! We hired a chef to come to the house and cook for us, and he was pleased with how the kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The pool can't be heated but we wouldn't have needed a heater anyway.We would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation home for Families

This was our second time staying at Kia Conut. Wonderful location for families with young children. One story home with lots of room for walking toddlers. Beautiful pool area with great sandy beach. We used the pier both vacations for boat rentals. Love the shallow beach at Starfish Point. Safe, clean and well stocked with necessities. The property manager was very helpful with the grocery delivery and responded quickly with are questions.

Slice of Heaven!

The house and property is a slice of heaven! Our gang consisted of 6 adults and five children - ages 3-9 years! The house was beautifully laid out with a big kitchen, veranda and comfortable family room. The pool and the patio is spacious with lots of seating and lounge chairs. Can\'t Wait To Return!

Our multi-generational group of 7 had an amazing stay at Kai Conut. The house and grounds are exactly as pictured, and true to the description, it is far removed from the crowds of 7 Mile Beach - which is exactly what we wanted. It felt like a vacation in paradise. Our little ones felt very welcome, with sand toys, playdough, etc. available for our use. Starfish Point is literally across the street (we walked there multiple times) and Kaibo Marina and Rum Point are less than 5 minutes driving distance (with great restaurants overlooking the water). Cayman Kai public beach was fantastic for snorkeling the reef. We used the property management\'s recommendations for grocery runs, chefs/cooks, etc. and were really impressed with all their suggestions. Our entire group can\'t wait to return - hopefully for a longer stay next time!

Would Stay Again and Again

Beautiful home! Had everything we needed to make our stay amazing! The location was perfect. Even with Starfish Point right around the bend, the place was quiet and peaceful. Lovely views across the bay, wonderful flora and fauna, excellent pool and deck area. There were pool toys, sand toys, and even some Legos inside for the kiddos! We had a great time and would definitely stay at KaiConut again and again.

Great for a quiet getaway for a large family/group

House is in a quiet part of the island opposite Starfish point and is great for a group looking for a quieter vacation. The house has been recently renovated to a high standard and is large enough that our group of 4 couples and one child never felt like we were tripping over each other, and there was room for us all to sit around the dining table. Swimming pool was wonderful as was snorkeling right off the beach with lots of fish under the dock. Kaibo is within walking distance for the ferry, coffee shop and restaurant. There are no ferries back to Kaibo in the evenings (last one is around 6pm), so if you want to go to spend the evening in Seven Mile Beach area you will need to drive. We cooked most evenings and the house is well stocked with equipment.

Stunning Renovations!

The new renovations has brought this house to a new level. Great amenities and fully stocked. Peaceful location away from the crowed area of seven mile beach.. Only problem was the seaweed on the beach behind the house brought in by the windy weather. Lots of sand for the little ones to play in. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Location!!

Kai Conut is a newly and beautifully renovated home at the furthest point on the North side. We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful location spending time walking, kayaking, reading, and playing games. Our party enjoyed the beach and the pool every day. While renovations were being completed during our stay the owner and manager acknowledged this and took great care to ensure that we were satisfied. The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials and it was an easy to dine out and prepare some meals at home. We had 4 parents with our 5 adult children and there was plenty of space for everyone! Kai Conut was a luxurious treat!

Week in Paradise

My family and I have just returned from a memorable week long vacation to Cayman staying at Kai Conut. The villa was fabulous and roomy for our party of 6 adults and 2 children (ages 6 & 8). Silver Thatch was wonderful in getting kayaks and life vests laid into the house prior to our arrival. We also used Big Kev and Edgar & Lowell for scuba diving - which was also excellent. Kaibo Marina is a short walk from the villa and we enjoyed a couple of meals there. It was quite windy on most days out of the NE which made it difficult to enjoy the pool beach at the villa but a short walk across the street is Starfish Point and there is a natural wind break there. Overall our experience was better here at Rum Point than at previous vacation villas near 7 Mile and/or Boddentown - we will definitely be back next year!!!!! Thanks to all that made it happen for our family

Lovely Stay at Kai Conut!

We just wrapped our stay at Kai Conut and spent a week in July. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this home. The location is great - you can walk to Starfish Point (one of the best beaches and spots in all of Grand Cayman with incredible sunsets) either from crossing the street from the house or by walking the beach, and it\'s very close to Kaibo, one of the best restaurants in the Rum Point area. The home was very nice and clean, but do want to add that a lot of the house is dated (some areas have been updated like the kitchen and one of the master baths). The outdoor area is amazing and what made the vacation for us - a nice big pool and deck that overlooks your own little private beach with a dock. The views are incredible; if you can, get up to watch one of the sunrises! Silver Thatch and the house property manager were easy to work with and very helpful. Overall a wonderful place to stay and would recommend Kai Conut!

Just Perfect

Kai Conut is a wonderful, spacious home. We were 3 separate families vacationing together. The rooms are spread out enough that everyone has their privacy and quiet areas but enough room for the kids to play together. Common areas are well designed and spacious. The pool and beach area are well kept. Being right next to Starfish point was a huge plus. We spent days snorkeling in front of the house and over at Starfish point. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies and a grocery store is less than 15 min away. The house manager was very helpful and responsive as well. I can\'t recommend Kai Conut enough. It\'s perfect for large families and large groups.

Peaceful Location

We spent a week at Kai Conut, very peaceful location and the house was just as described. Judy Ebanks was super in helping us get supplies to the house before arrival and was easy to communicate with in the event of any issues. The location is very private and quiet and beautiful just like the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped so dinners in were a breeze. Would recommend this home to families, we had a great time and would stay here again!

Heaven on Earth

Our group of friends stayed in this marvelous villa over a long weekend and could not have asked for a better setup than Kai Conut. The villa is very remote (last building before starfish point), features a wonderful private beach leading up to the spacious terrace with pool, cabana and plenty of space to lounge and relax. The interior is very Caribbean, with lots of personal touches by the owner and exceeded our expectations. The pictures really don\'t do its justice!! Huge master bedrooms with stunning views over the ocean. Wake up in the morning, grab a coffee, and sit on your private dock, soaking in the peace and tranquility of the area. A special mention goes to Judy and Scott who were true masters in helping us plan for this weekend and for equipping the villa with everything we could possibly need. My friends and I were blown away, this is surely something we cannot wait to repeat soon again. You cannot go wrong with booking Kai Conut.

Lovely Staycation

We stayed at Kai Conut with as a group of 6 friends. We had a lovely time. Easy arrival, slight issue with the code we were provided, but a quick call to the property manager we realised it was a typo. Plenty of space, rooms and seating for us all. Lovely beach and pool area, very quiet and private. Easy walking distance to starfish point and Kaibo. Only issue we had was the propane grill did not work properly, but we got over that quickly. Overall was a lovely staycation in a lovely part of the island.

Third Trip, Our Favorite!

We have rented 3 different houses on Grand Cayman and Kai Conut is by far the best! The gigantic pool area was like having our own resort, and just about 5 steps from our private beach! The house was very comfortable for our party of 8 and really well-stocked with dishes, kitchen items, beach towels, etc. It was truly a bonus to have NO Neighbors on either side, so quiet and deserted beach all the way around to Starfish Point. And, a very pleasant walk to KaiBo Beach club for coffee in the morning – what a great location. The next time we are able to get to Cayman we will only go if we can stay at Kai Conut once again!

Our 50th Anniversary Celebration

Our family cannot begin to say enough positive things about the home at the Kai Conut. Everything was as expected. The older adults and the younger children had the time of their lives. The amenities were beyond anything we have had in other rental homes. The comfort level was extraordinary. When we first walked into Kai Conut, the initial effect was WOW! Also, most importantly, Judy, our Property Manager very attentive to every need. She even picked up our house key and Welcome Packet when we were delayed getting our rental car. We found the restaurants the be terrific, although we used the grill most nights. The level of detail in equipping Kai Conut was beyond belief!! Having our own private beach and pool was something we felt was perfect. Our kids and grandkids walked to Starfish Point every day and learned the essentials of preserving that part of our environment. The Rum Point Club also had a great beach, with great rental amenities. Again, perfect!! Thank you to the owners of Kai Conut and GCVC for a most memorable vacation.

Kai Conut is a comfortable nice, large 5 bedroom home in a great location. Walks to Starfish Point, Kaibo Marina, Bio Bay and Rum Point. Afternoon views and sun are wonderful. We kayaked and swam there every day. We enjoyed lunches at Rum Point and Kaibo, Favorite dinners were Tukka and Italian Kitchen. Highly recommend grocery delivery through Cayman Shoppers as there is not a grocery store in the area. Small Chisholms market is fine for necessities. Fun with Family

Kai Conut could not have been better for our family reunion . There were 5 couples and it accommodated us perfect. We loved the location. Walking distance to Kaibo for morning coffee lunch dinner and excursions we booked. Walked across the road for beautiful sunsets at starfish point. The house was very private and views were beautiful. House was well stocked with anything we needed. We would all go back in a minute and highly recommend Kai Conut. Easy check in and out. Spacious Private home

The property is well-cared for and the kitchen is very well-equipped. We spent most of our time on the huge patio with all of the tables, chairs and lounge chairs. The pool is perfect and the children loved it. Having our own private beach was fun, and the kids found lots of conch, a sting ray and other sea creatures. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the distance from the airport, grocery shopping and restaurants. Although there are a few nearby, we missed our favorites on Seven Mile Beach. I recommend the Rum Point Club for a nice evening out. The food was wonderful. However, if you are looking for a nice quiet place to vacation, Kai Conut can\'t be beat!

Tough to knock the house because of the location. The beach at Kai Conut is a major draw for guests. 99.9% of the people who rent in Cayman Kai and Rum Point do so to get AWAY from the crowds, traffic and cruise ship people. There are wonderful restaurants in the area and several more across the top of the island. Starfish Point is a short beach walk away as well - nothing like that anywhere else on the island!

Wonderful Multi -Generational Vacation Together!

Three generations enjoyed a wonderful week at Kai Conut. The property is well-cared for and we especially appreciated the spacious kitchen which was very well equipped. We spent most of our time on the huge patio with lots of tables, chairs and lounge chairs. The children spent hours in the pool. Our private beach was the scene of exploration of the local plants and sea creatures. The kids tasted fresh and cooked conch and drank coconut water and ate fresh and toasted coconut. Starfish Beach was walkable and a morning at Rum Point was fun. We walked to Kaibo Beach and Upstairs Kaibo restaurants. We didn\'t think the food was great, but Upstairs Kaibo is beautiful. Our favorite meal was at the Rum Point Club. The only downside is the distance from the airport, grocery shopping and our favorite restaurants near Seven Mile Beach. But if you want a nice quiet vacation, Kai Conut can\'t be beat!

Nice villa

We just returned from our 6th trip to Grand Cayman. Kai Conut is great due to its privacy and location. It is close enough to Kaibo Yacht Club (coffee shop, bar, restaurant) but not too close. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, appliances, and dishware. Beds were comfortable and showers were good. Now for the few drawbacks. The property is very private but since it is located at the end of Starfish Point it is super windy compared to villas located further down the shore to the east. Secondly, the main master suite has two dressers but no closet. Only 5 wall hooks and 3 hangers were provided for hanging clothes. Clearly insufficient for two adults with a week\'s worth of clothing (even though we are light packers). All the other bedrooms had either closets or armoires with hanging space. Also, the master suite bath has a weird layout and needs updating from its 1980s decor. All in all a good place to stay but it could be even better with a few minor improvements. Grand Cayman Villas and Silver Thatch were great. Reservations and check in/out were simple. Staff was very pleasant.

Winter Sun & Fun in the East End

Kai Conut was a fantastic experience from the moment we entered the villa. Although it was just my husband and I, the house was big enough for our daughter and grandkids to all have their own rooms if they had not had school. Unbelievable views from the house, outside area was very large with plenty of options for outdoor activities. Would have been a perfect 5 star rating if the fans on the patio had worked and we didn’t have a a/c leak in the front bathroom ceiling. We took advantage of all the great restaurants on the east end, especially The Lighthouse. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Awesome villa and location

My wife and I stayed at Kai Conut and had an awesome time. The rental process was smooth and the villa manager allowed us to have our privacy but responded quickly when we had a question. The home was perfect and would have easily accommodated our entire family. The views from inside the home were great. The location of this home is what sold me on it. We love our privacy and we had plenty on this trip. The beach is great for walking and the water crystal clear. We went out for dinner each night and our favorite was the Lighthouse, we ate there twice. Tuka was also quite good as was the restaurant at Rum Point. We first traveled to Grand Cayman 37 years ago on our honeymoon, and although much has changed we still find a way back about every year. John and Barbara

Perfect for Our Family

The property was located at the secluded end of a private street right next door to Starfish Point. It was perfect for our family of 10 ranging in age from 6 months to those in their 60s - the pool was great as well as the beach. There were kayaks and standup boards as well as pool toys for the kids. Very well equipped kitchen and altogether a very comfortable layout. We would recommend it highly.

Great Location, Nice House!

Overall, a good experience and a nice place to stay. Couldn\'t ask for a better location. Kaibo Marina is an easy walk down the street for drinks or lunch. The house fronts the sound so you have a great view of the water and can even see all of the action of Sting Ray City off in the distance. The pool is a nice bonus for relaxing, especially at night. The house is fairly well equipped and the overall condition and experience was good. We did have a problem with the ice maker not making any ice for the first day. A call to Silver Thatch brought a delivery of ice in bags to compensate. Everything else worked great. Fantastic washer and dryer, AC cooled the house very well, etc. There were a couple of negative surprises. First, one of the bedrooms that opens to the living room has two openings in the top of the door. Literally the top two panels of the six panel door are cut out for some reason. This means that whoever is sleeping in that room has all of the noise and light from the living room coming into their room. And they have no real privacy. This was not a good experience for the couple sleeping in this room. I can\'t imagine why this door was cut this way, but it could be an easy fix for the owner: just replace the door with a solid door. Another minor disappointment is that the closet in the master suite is locked. This means that there is no closet for use of the renter which meant we had to have our suitcases and clothes out in the bedroom. I would rather see the owner set aside a locked closet in the laundry room, etc, for their owner\'s closet and allow the renter to have the bedroom closet to hang clothes, store suitcases, etc. In fact, only two of the five bedrooms had closets available to the renter. Overall, the house was a good experience. Would stay there again if they replace the one bedroom door mentioned. Silver Thatch is a great company to work with and is very responsive to needs.

The Perfect Home for Our Family Vacation!

Wonderful home to stay at, the last home on the north side past Rum Point. The home was great and more than enough room for two families of four. It was very clean and neat the pool our kids lived in for the week. We didn\'t cook much at home but full kitchen for appetizers and drinks to have at the pool and beach. We spent several hours in the ocean and did go see the Sting Rays. we went out of Rum Point through Red Sail Tours as there was a total of 12 people on the Catamaran going to the Sting Rays so we spent a lot of one on one with them and the crew! Judy and her husband are the people who care for the house and they came buy often to see if we needed anything very wonderful people and quite helpful. I would definitely return to the Cayman Islands and this home!

Wonderful Villa

Kai-Conut was wonderful inside and out! It was ideal for our family of 12, since it had a private swimming pool, private snorkeling beach, 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards, swimming toys, hammock, games! The exterior was beautifully landscaped and furnished with chairs, tables and gazebo. The interior was beautifully furnished and decorated in comfortable furniture throughout. There were plenty of towels, dishes, and an incredible amount of kitchen appliances and pantry items (check before buying). It truly was a villa! The manager was prompt and attentive and made sure everything went well. Kai-Conut made our family vacation a dream vacation!

Wonderful Villa

Beautiful inside and out! Spacious for our family of 12, with a beautiful pool, private snorkeling beach, 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, beach toys, beautiful patio and gazebo. Spacious interior with comfortable, beautiful furnishings. Well-equipped kitchen with many pantry staples. Comfortable beds, and plenty of bathroom and beach towels. Attentive manager who made sure everything was fine. We hired Chef Stephanie McLean (345-927-0314) one night who cooked a great, plentiful Caymanian meal that everyone loved. We used Red Sail Sports of scuba diving and a catamaran cruise to Sting Ray City. They were friendly and very professional.

Peace And Quiet

My family and I stayed for a week in Kai Conut this Past Memorial Day and what a trip we had. Kai Conut is the last house on Water Cay Rd conveniently located from Starfish Point and a short walk to Kaibo. We enjoyed every moment there at the house swimming in the pool and right off the beach. We had one issue with a paddleboard and they were out to fix it the next day but having the kayaks and paddle boards were a hugh plus.

Paradise at Kai Conut

The villa of Kai Conut was great, it was in a secluded point with no other villas adjoining the property. It was very quiet and just around the point from Starfish Point with great snorkeling. Also very close to Kaibo beach and rum point. The villa was well equipped in the spacious kitchen and had great supply of beach towels and linens. The living room was large and had great views. Pool was great along with the view of the sound and great sunsets. The villa had two secluded master suites which were great. The property Manager was helpful and came by on the first day to insure everything was in order. All other services provided were great and villa was in good shape.

Very private and quiet which we loved!! Having both a pool and a beach right out our back door was wonderful for our whole family and our 5yr old grandson. Easy walk to the Yacht Club Grill and restaurant. We would definitely return to KaiConut! (Although some of the beds could be updated)

Wonderful Home in Cayman Kai

We had a great time. The house was perfect and the location was ideal. The house was equipped with everything we needed. We spent most of our time either in the pool or playing on the beach. If the wind was up and we wanted to snorkel or kayak, we could just walk across the street and the water was perfectly calm on the other side of Starfish Point. At night, we would have dinner either outside, or on the screened in porch, and we could have a few drinks and play in the pool in relative privacy every night. We were surrounded by locals over the Easter weekend, which was all well and fine. They were very friendly and some offered to take us to Stingray City. Had an issue one night when someone broke into the house and took a few items while we were sleeping. One of our guests caught him in the kitchen and he ran off without further incident. Of course, it is a downer if you have to deal with police on your vacation, but this doesn\'t seem typical of the Cayman Islands and we took it as a one off. The manager, Judy, was very helpful and considerate. Overall it was a great vacation and we will go back.

The Perfect Vacation Location

The first thing you see when you walk through the door is the beautiful patio with swimming pool and the stunning Caribbean ocean just beyond! The house is spacious, the kitchen has updated appliances and every pot, pan and utensil you can think of available. The rooms are nicely decorated (love the island paintings!) and everything is clean, comfortable and in excellent condition! The location is perfect for providing privacy and within walking distance of Starfish Point, Kaibo Beach Club and Rum Point. We all loved our stay and would enjoy coming back! We rented a crib from Empty Suitcases, ordered groceries to be delivered from Cayman Shoppers and Judy Ebanks did an excellent job of coordinating everything for us.

Cozy Home

I have stayed on the island many times. This is my first time staying in the Kaibo area, but have visited Rum Point on several occasions. This home is located at the very end of the road. When you make the turn around at the end of the Water Caye Rd, you are at Kai Conut. This house is not super fancy like many of the homes in the area. However, it is so very comfortable. I felt like I was at home. The pool area was fabulous. We spent most of our time around the pool as the ocean has grass and rocks in it. Judy, the manager of the property, came over once to drop off an extra key and showed us how to use some of the outdoor lighting. Besides that, we never saw anyone and never had any problems. It was a quiet and restful location. You will see others that have posted that the kitchen is well stocked, without much more of an explanation. I would like to elaborate a little. There are enough plates and bowls to feed an army. There were lots of spices, a drawer with flashlights, a small first aid kit, and on and on. The amount of beach towels was incredible and they have two kayaks, two stand up paddle boards and a small metal boat. It truly was well stocked. Again, not fancy, but homey. Felt comfortable from the time we walked in until the moment we left. If you are looking for a quiet comfortable place to relax, this is it.

This was absolutely wonderful and a lovely home and area to celebrate an 80th birthday. All 11 of our family were so comfortable whether we were in the outdoor porch, the dining room, living room (sofa will accommodate 7 adults and 4 children!) or in the pool. Not the place to go if you want busyness, shops, etc., but rather quiet and privacy. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. And the sunsets at Starfish Point - not to be missed!! Fantastic!

I hope I can find the words to describe how wonderful our vacation was at Kai Conut. We were a family of nine - Grandpop and Grandmom , three adult children, and 4 grandchildren, ages 14, 8, 5, and 22 months. First of all, the house was absolutely perfect for our family - large enough for us all to spread out, yet cozy enough to really have together-time. Everything we needed and more was provided - plenty of towels, kayaks, paddleboard, snorkel equipment (although we had our own), sand and pool toys, and a VERY well equipped kitchen. The home and location on a sandy beach were both perfect for small children. The best part was that we were walking distance to Kaibo Beach Bar which we frequented often. Good food and a fun atmosphere. Rum Point is very close, but too long of a walk for the little ones. We did spend a day visiting Seven Mile Beach. When we got back to Kai Conut, we all commented that we were so happy that we were on the north side of the island where everything was more private, quiet and tranquil. I would highly recommend Kai Conut for a fantastic vacation!. The grandkids can\'t wait to go back, and our daughter posted on FB, \"Quite possibly the best vacation ever\" and she has traveled extensively. If you go to GC, I highly recommend Nick\'s Private Charters for a wonderful morning or afternoon snorkeling and visiting Stingray City. Nick and Noel was so accommodating and made sure we were all having a great time which we surely did. A visit to Cayman Turtle Farm was fun for the kids. Great home in a super location on a beautiful island! You\'ll love it!

Far exceeded expectations

Our stay at the Kai Conut was an excellent experience. Our group included 6 adults and 5 children under 6. Having experience traveling around the world and being routinely "underwhelmed" upon arrival after booking a rental I was pleasantly surprised to see that the interior actually looks better in person. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything needed to cook, had two blender, new full size washer and dryers, multiple flat screen televisions for the kids to watch movies in the evenings. The pool area also offered a nice covered/lighted area for the evening. The house had ample beach towels, linens, pool toys, snorkeling equipment (may want to bring your own) etc. Upon arrival the home was very clean and its condition was better than promises. The home's a/C worked perfectly the whole time as did everything but the hot water. We enjoyed our stay so much that we didn't bother to notice that the hot water heater was simply turned way down to save energy when the unit was not occupied. The house was also very close to a nice restaurant (Kaibo) which you can walk to if you over indulge. The home was also very close (approx. 1 mile) from Rum Point. There was also a small grocery store (Christholms about 5 or 6 miles from the home. The beach and snorkeling off of the homes back yard were great. The kids all ended up in the pool most of the time which was well maintained and clean. Working hard to find something negative to mention is difficult. The only recommendation is that for large groups you should agree on who gets the best bedrooms before arriving. The home has a fantastic master suite on the NW corner facing the beach, this room has a full size bathroom with shower and separate toilet. The second best room is the bedroom suite on the far east side of the house. This bedroom has a small bathroom with a standard bathtub and toilet. The next three bedrooms are nicely furnished but are do not have their own bathroom and are smaller than the other two bedrooms. Our entire group was extremely pleased with the facility and loved that it was a fun/safe place for the kids to have a great time. We would all return again.

Twelve persons arrived at the Kai Conut villa and it was ready for relaxed living.Weather was tropical rainy but did not keep us down. Used the time to tour the island and went to Turtle Farm then Tiki beach and sample the exquisite island foods and drinks...also did the tourist shops and went to stingray city and starfish point. It was absolutely beautiful.Had plenty of room to relax and spread out throughout the many living areas. the den sofa pit was perfect for visiting and relaxing with family and playing games. We had plenty of water shoes, floats, life jackets, snorkels, flippers,beach towels, eto to make everyone feel comfortable...it was easy to get the laundry started early before we left the villa. Loved the villa...will be back again!!! thank you Judy anne...Your touches are so perfect and right on!!! we were so comfortable in our own little corner of paradise...the best vacation ever!!! Enjoyed the privacy of beach on North Side...dined @ Kai Bo; Over the Edge, and Tukka...Loved the quaint eateries!!! Great people throughout the island...will come again!!!

Wedding in paradise

We had a fabulous 5 days in KaiConut. The villa it's self is beautifully presented and extremely well equipt the pool was perfect and the toddlers loved it. A few steps down and your on your own private beech with views of clear blue water, palm trees and your own private dock. We chose Kai Conut for our wedding and got married on the beech under the palm trees, Idyllic! The villa was located just a short walk from Star Fish Point and Kaibo restaurant was only a few minutes away. The team at Grand Cayman Villas was very helpful and also helped us sort out additional guest accommodation. We had a fabulous time and would definitely go back, if only it was a little closer to the UK!

The entire island is only 22 miles wide from west to east, so you are never too far from anywhere on Grand Cayman.  

The sunsets here are wonderful, but the big draw to this area is the proximity to the Rum Point Club, a public beach club that offers a fantastic barefoot beach, watersports, and dining options. Also nearby is the Kaibo Yacht Club with restaurants, a beach bar, and a marina.

The homes on the sound front in Cayman Kai offer the best beaches as they don’t have as much marine and plant life trying to make a home in the shallows. 

The beaches here are typically soft white sand. The homes facing west offer barefoot swimming in shallow calm water. The homes facing south have great white sand beaches with a softer sea floor.

Lastly, about 20 minutes east we have two large resorts (Morritts and The Reef) that offer manicured beaches as well as restaurants, a modern grocery store, liquor store, gift shops, a Subway sandwich shop, and a cafe/pastry shop.  These two resorts also offer scuba, snorkel trips, jet skis, windsurfing, kiteboarding, oceanfront pools, and bar service.

General Grand Cayman Beach Notes

All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high water mark.

The shoreline quality behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to shifting tides and weather patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.

Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed

Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally.

Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency over the years during the summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival. 

Should sargassum weed be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund.

  • 13% Occupancy Tax added to rates.

  • A Departure Cleaning Fee required for all stays.

Booking Rules

  • 5 nights minimum stay required.
  • 6 nights minimum and full occupancy required over Thanksgiving week.
  • 7 nights minimum and full occupancy required over Christmas and New Year's week.
  • Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire with your travel dates prior to booking.
  • Shorter stays may be available but subject to a higher cleaning fee. Please inquire before booking.
  • Must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay.

Villa Cleaning & Sanitation

All villas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.

Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.

Getting Around

A rental car is highly recommended. Taxi cabs are unreliable and expensive outside of town and Seven Mile Beach. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island.  

For rental cars, we recommend Budget Cayman, Avis, or Marshalls.
