Step outside and you’ll discover your own slice of paradise. Enjoy an oceanfront infinity pool, a sandy backyard beach with hammocks, and a gazebo for shaded lounging. The villa sits within a protected reef filled with vibrant marine life—perfect for backyard snorkeling right off the shore. Grab the complimentary kayaks provided for your stay and explore the calm waters together—pool shoes are recommended to protect your feet and the coral.


Inside, you’ll find two large living areas with oversized couches, 75-inch satellite HD TVs with Apple TV and soundbar audio for relaxing movie nights. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with everything a group needs—a gas range, two dishwashers, a wine fridge, drip coffee makers, plus a Keurig and Nespresso. With seating for up to 20 guests across two oceanview dining tables and a cozy breakfast nook, mealtimes are a breeze.


The lower-level kitchenette and dining space make it easy for early risers to grab a snack or coffee without waking the house. Two laundry rooms (upstairs and downstairs), 7-zone central air conditioning, and a home security system offer added comfort and peace of mind.


High-speed fiber wifi ensures everyone can stream, work, or learn remotely without interruption.

The villa's property manager resides on-site in the small cottage near the gated entrance. The manager's cottage is heavily landscaped and separated from the villa. Close enough to reach out in case of emergency, but far enough away to respect your privacy.

Fischers Heaven

Just back home from our stay at Fischer\'s Reef. Abosolutely stunning villa with lots of open space upstairs and down. Th oceanfront pool was heated nicely and also oceanfront. We swam and snorkeled every day off the beach. Kots of fish and pretty corals. We even saw small stingrays! Debbie was fantastic and answered all of out questions and needs. Right from walking in the front door, we knew we had picked the right property. The Rum Point area is wonderful with restaurants, beaches and starfish point. We would rent this property again!

Family Thanksgiving Trip

Fischers Reef was a fantastic, clean, crisp property. The management team on island was helpful in our planning. We had Chef Remy for two dinners and were stunned by the quality of the food his crew prepared. Our family of 18 enjoyed the two living rooms, comfy beds and numerous bathrooms. Outside had plentiful space as well. Pool was larger than photos. Beach was invitiong and the views perfect! Thanks to the guest services team and Grand Cayman Villas staff in helping us plan a memorable vacation! The kids already want to come back!

Gorgeous Villa

Fischer\'s Reef is a gorgeous Villa! Expansive house gives all guests privacy and space for numerous conversations or activities to take place at the same time. We had 10 in our party and we were all very comfortable eating in the kitchen and dining area. The great room was spacious and we could all watch movies or a football game together comfortably. The amenities are too numerous to detail, but the pool was a daily activity and relaxing on the beach. Our Villa coordinator Debbie guided us on a night time kayaking event, horse back riding on the beach, golfing, cabanas at the Westin and great restaurants! Our trip wouldn’t have been as adventurous without her great recommendations! The close proximity to Rum Point is fantastic! Rum Point has something for everyone! The best vacation we’ve been on! Will definitely return to Fischer’s Reef!

Best Rental Ever! Home was Fantastic!

Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with our extended family and friends. Our trip was our best experience ever. The 8 bedrooms were all wonderful - the kids liked the bun beds especially! The other bedrooms are large and well appointed. The two large living areas were wonderful. Kids gathered downstairs for movies and games, while the adults were mostly upstairs. Views from the pool are jaw dropping. The beach is nice and snorkeling and kayaking wonderful. We spent time at Rum Point and Kaibo a few days, but it was always nice to get back \"home\"! Favorite restaurants were Rum Point, Italian Kitchen and Tukka. We also loved Taco Cantina and tequila Bar - maybe too much for some!! The local manager Debbie Ebanks really was the difference between a nice vacation and a perfect one. She was attentive and informative. Whatever we needed, she was there to help! If you are looking at Fischer\'s Reef, I want to tell you you will not be disappointed! Rent it!

Five Star Rating for Fischer’s Reef

Our family of 10 had an awesome week at Fischer’s Reef in early April this year and we would highly recommend this home to all who want a relaxing, carefree and/or active week—even with four children (including two toddlers)! The booking process was easy and the home was spacious, impeccably clean and well stocked (including snorkels, pool shoes and beach toys). The on-site property manager was amazing. She communicated with me promptly and patiently prior to our trip, warmly welcomed us, gave us a thorough orientation to the house upon arrival, attended promptly to any needs we had and was careful to schedule (and accompany) any contractors who needed access to the house around our schedule. We were thankful to have 2 dishwashers, washers and dryers, a high chair, crib and pack and play. The pool was beautiful and we loved being able to snorkel, padddleboard, kayak, play in the sand and walk on the beach right at the house! We also enjoyed the nearby Rum point beach and the Tuesday night Kaibo beach buffet. Since Dominos doesn’t deliver to Rum Point, we picked up pizza on the way home from the Dolphin Discovery and Turtle farm, which our 5 and 8 year old grandchildren loved! We will never forgot the amazing family vacation we had and plan to return to Fischer’s Reef in the future!

Fischer's Reef - Wonderful!

Our 3 generations of family enjoyed your well appointed home inside and out! The floor plan allowed for all of us to have personal space when needed, especially with toddlers running to and fro. Truly a Paradise on the Ocean

When we arrived at Fischer\'s Reef, we all kept saying, \"We\'re in Paradise!\" It was an oft repeated meme. The house and appointments were spotless, beautifully decorated and so very comfortable. Absolutely everything we needed or wanted was there and then some. Outside, there is snorkeling equipment, children\'s toys aplenty, water shoes, kayaks, hammocks, an infinity pool, an outdoor shower, and if one needed a little solitude, as many different seating areas as anyone could need. The booking process was made simple and almost effortless. The Property Manager, Debbie, was friendly and helpful; always very responsive to questions before, during and after our stay. One of us had left some medication there and by the next available day, it was in the mail on the way back to the US. We were impressed by the friendliness of the native Caymanians wherever we met them. There is a small grocery store about 2 miles from the property. We were there almost every day, sometimes twice a day! Our ability to cook in the well equipped kitchen was enhanced by the close proximity to this lovely little grocery store, Chisholm\'s. They also carried beer and wine and were open on Sunday! Not a single negative. We will be back. Thanks to the owners for anticipating all our desires and needs!

Beautiful Property!

Amazing villa

Our group of 15 just spent a fantastic week at Fischer\'s Reef villa. The villa was even better than the photos. The kitchen was stocked with every possible gadget, dish, appliance etc. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a second refrigerator/freezer which would have better served 15 adults. The villa was outstanding- enough room for everyone to gather together or have space to themselves. There were plenty of bath and beach towels and the upstairs/downstairs washer/dryers were very convenient. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was definitely the best part of the villa. Debbie and Kel were great- responding to our requests promptly. Couldn\'t have asked for a better vacation spot. Hopefully, we will be returning!

Fabulous Summer Spot

Sixth trip to Grand Cayman and second time at Fischers Reef! Our family of 12 loved the home and the location. The view was fantastic. The coral reef off shore was nice for snorkeling and the kids were able to swim and kayak every day. The infinity pool was a favorite spot alongwith the beach area, gazebo and pool deck. This is our favorite home on island by far.

Week in Absolute Paradise

What a Wonderful Memory

We had two families, friends forever, share Fischers Reef for a Spring Break week. Everyone had a blast! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fischer\'s Reef with our extended family. Everything about this home was obviously well thought out - nothing missing at all. The kids loved the first floor living area and pool. The adults shared family time upstairs in the huge living area and shared ocean views from the balcony. The beach was fantastic and the proximity to Rum Point was nice. We cooked in most nights, ate out at Rum Point, Kaibo, Tukka and had Chef Remy in to cook one night - that was special and highly recommended!!! Local manager Debbie was fantastic and Silver Thatch guest services team was very helpful. We would recommend this home to any family or group of families. We will return here!!!

Dream Vacation

Property was magnificent, with wonderful views of infinity pool, palm trees, white sand beach, and Caribbean beyond from upstairs living room/kitchen/deck and downstairs terrace. Kayaks, paddle boards, and snorkeling gear were available and easy to use. Short drive to Rum Point, with bar and launch point for diving and snorkeling with the Stingrays. Kaibo Beach Restaurant only 5 minutes further, with outside dining on the beach and water taxi service to West side of island and numerous attractions. Manager Debbie was very helpful in accepting 20 Liter keg from Cayman Island Brewery day before arrival and with multi-regional sound system. Kitchen very modern with large refrigerator/freezer, latest appliances, and reverse osmosis filtration on tap, nespresso and Keurig machines and plenty of dishes and acrylic stemware (looks like glass but safe to take outside!). Downstairs equipped with wet bar, two smaller refrigerators, and own Keurig coffeemaker. Plenty of towels, beautiful decor, big screen TVs downstairs and upstairs. Combine this incredible venue with good friends (many in our party from U.K.) and you have yourself a Dream Vacation! Also, Jim Leavitt from Grand Cayman Villas could not have been more competent nor easier to work with - a real professional!

Best Location Ever!

This house is the house to rent! The beach there is quiet and only a rare neighbor wanders by on beach. House amenities include everything you need for a dream vacation. Caretakers Debbie and Kel are extraordinary. They are always available and quick to address any concern. The house has a fun book that Debbie made and it contains lots of information about activities on the island. House is immaculate. Paddle board, kayak and snorkeling equipment is there and the beach at house is perfect for all! You can chill by the pool or rock a new activity every day! We will be back many times.

A Dream Home for Our Family Christmas Holidays

Fischer\'s Reef could not have been any nicer as a gathering place for our family of eighteen (two grandparents, four kids, four spouses and eight grandchildren) from around the country to make memories together. The house was large enough to accommodate all of us with separate bedrooms, a dining table for 18 and every possible amenity one could imagine. The pool and beach were the major attractions but the opportunities to snorkel, scuba dive, interact with the stingrays, feed the frigate birds and enjoy some of the nearby restaurants offered something for everyone from 13 to 83. Debbie and her husband were wonderful caretakers and available for any and all assistance. We would recommend, without reservation, Fischer\'s Reef to anyone.

Beautiful home and amenities!

The management company was great to work with at the time of booking, very responsive asking questions while we were preparing for our trip, and the on-site manager, Debbie, was so helpful and friendly during our stay. Amazing family vacation!

This house is set up perfectly for large families with kids. We had 17 people: 10 kids from three to sixteen and seven adults. We had Cornhole games by the pool, reading in the Gazebo, good snorkeling off the beach, volleyball games at Rum Point, and lots of fun with the younger ones in the pool. Having two living areas made it great for those who were up early or wanted to stay up late. The managers were awesome. I would highly recommend this house. It is beautifully furnished as well but yet very livable.

Amazing property

Spent a week at this property in June with my children and grandchildren. Could not have been more satisfied. The home is amazing, pool, right on the beach, clean and amazing on site property managers. The managers met us when we arrived, toured the house with us, provided us all necessary information and were there if anything else was needed. They live on the property but away and out of site of the house. They leave you to enjoy your time there and are there if needed. The location, near Rum Point, was perfect. Away from the city of Georgetown but only 20 minutes away. Highly recommend this home for a large family or group of friends.

We had such a great time at Fischer\'s Reef! We all wanted to stay longer - but we will be back! It was the perfect home for the 14 of us. The pool was fantastic, the beach was awesome and snorkeling was amazing too! The home is large, new and well equipped. Had everything we needed. We went to Rum Point, Starfish Point and swam with the stingrays at Stingray City - all three are a must! We had such a great time t Fischers Reef! 5 adults and 9 cousins getting together for great memorable experience. The pool was great, we could stay in it all day. Perfect vacation for a large family or group of friends

We stayed at Fischers Reef for a week this past March and it was perfect for a family trip. The home is beautiful and extremely spacious. We had 7 adults and 3 kids and had everything and so much more than what we needed for the entire week (from kayaks and other water activities to pool toys and children\'s necessities) . What a wonderful home! An extremely well thought out floor plan. We stayed w/3 other couples & had plenty of room to spread out (hide) or be close to all. Everything you could possible think of is already there. Kayak, snorkel, swim in the sea/pool, or relax in the hammocks. Catch a sunrise or watch the stars. Grill out, bake, or take a quick trip to Rum Point/town for dining. Don\'t forget to take in some sightseeing too! Don\'t bring a thing except your clothes (optional) & smiles! Spectacular!

Fischer's Reef is less than a mile east of the famous Rum Point Club and enjoys a sandy beach with excellent reef-protected snorkeling.

No fishing is allowed within this protected habitat, and guests are advised not to touch or disturb the coral reefs. To avoid accidentally damaging the corals, we discourage the use of flippers when snorkeling. Please use pool shoes instead. 

The entire island is only 22 miles wide from west to east, so you are never too far from anywhere on Grand Cayman.

The beaches usually have plenty of white sand, but can also have spots of rocky “ironshore” with natural rock formations.

General Grand Cayman Beach Notes

All beaches in Grand Cayman are public since the Crown owns up to the high water mark.

The shoreline quality behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to shifting tides and weather patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.

Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed

Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally.

Sargassum is a harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency over the summer months. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked before your arrival. 

Should sargassum be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions, which may include a partial refund or relocation.

Booking Rules

  • 7 nights minimum stay required year-round. 
  • Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire with your travel dates prior to booking.
  • Shorter stays may be available but subject to a higher cleaning fee. Please inquire before booking.
  • Must be 25 or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay.

Villa Cleaning & Sanitation

All villas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.

Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.

Getting Around

A rental car is highly recommended. Taxi cabs are unreliable and expensive outside of town and Seven Mile Beach. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island. 

For rental cars, we recommend Budget, Marshalls, or Hertz. After booking, we'll provide a special promo code to unlock 20% off a rental car with Budget Cayman.
