Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family! We just returned from what was truly one of the best vacations we've ever had, and so much of that experience was grounded in the comfort, beauty, and warmth of your home. From the moment we walked through the front door, it was obvious how much thought and care went into every detail. The furnishings, décor, lighting, appliances, artwork, and overall appointments were exceptional. As someone in the furniture industry, I especially appreciated the quality of the furnishings and the way everything was thoughtfully selected and coordinated. It created an incredibly elevated, yet comfortable feeling. Of course, the breathtaking view speaks for itself. Sharing those sunrises, sunsets, and family moments from your home is something we'll remember for years to come. I also wanted to compliment your property management team. They were responsive and professional leading up to the stay. The opportunity to book your home through Marriott made this vacation attainable for our family of seven, and we are grateful for that partnership as well. Coastal Charm

We had a wonderful stay at Coastal Charm and highly recommend it! The villa is beautifully designed, spacious, luxurious, and impeccably clean. Every bedroom has an ocean view, private bathroom, and comfortable bed, making it perfect for families or groups. We traveled with three children, two adults in their 40s, and one elderly family member, and the layout worked wonderfully. The kitchen was well equipped, and we appreciated the snorkel gear, cooler, Bluetooth speaker, plentiful towels and linens, and the beautiful outdoor seating area. The pool was a huge hit with the kids, and the property management team provided excellent customer service.

Luxury, Privacy & Stunning Views at Coastal Charm

We had a wonderful stay at Coastal Charm and would absolutely recommend it to families or groups looking for a relaxing, luxurious getaway in Grand Cayman. The villa is beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean. Every bedroom has its own ocean view, private bathroom, and comfortable bed, so everyone had both privacy and a great place to unwind. We traveled with three children (ages 12, 12, and 5), two adults in their 40s, and one elderly family member, and the layout worked perfectly for our group. The kitchen was well equipped with excellent appliances, and we appreciated the towels, linens, snorkel gear, cooler, and Bluetooth speaker. The outdoor seating area was a favorite spot, and the pool was a huge hit with the kids. The property management team was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. The villa is also conveniently located near Rum Point, Kaibo Beach, and Starfish Point, making it a great home base for exploring the island. A few small suggestions: the beach entry is rocky, so water shoes are recommended. Firmer pillows, cotton sheets, a few lightweight throw blankets, and a grill brush would also be helpful. It would also be more convenient if the snorkel gear, cooler, and speaker were already at the villa on arrival and could be left there at checkout. Overall, these are minor notes for an outstanding property. Coastal Charm is a beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained villa that made for a fantastic family vacation. We would gladly stay here again.

Wonderful place

This house was beautiful. Extremely clean, very large, and comfortable. Very peaceful. This place is pretty remote. I think a rental car is a must. Unless you do not leave the whole time. We knew this coming in and wanted to explore the island rather than just stay on seven mile. Driving there takes a bit of getting used to since you’re on the opposite side of the road if coming from the states. There was some amazing snorkeling behind the house. Beautiful scenery to wake up to and see sunsets. Overall the house was a wonderful place to stay. Had everything there you would need and spotless.

Simply Amazing

This house has the most amazing view. The ocean is right outside the patio doors. The home is spacious, we had 4 adults 2 teens and 2 littles and there was more than enough room. The furniture was comfortable, which was a huge plus to us. Check in to check out was smooth and any issues that we had were taken care of immediately. We definitely will be using Grand Cayman Villas again when we come back!

Beautiful home! Gorgeous ocean view! Room enough for 4 adults, 2 teens and 2 kids without being on top of one another. We would absolutely stay here again!

The entire island is only 22 miles wide from west to east so you are never too far from anywhere on Grand Cayman. 

The homes on the oceanfront in Rum Point offer great reef-protected snorkeling. The beaches usually have plenty of white sand, but also can have spots of rocky “ironshore” with natural rock formations. We recommend you wear pool shoes or fins for foot protection.  

The big draw to this area is the Rum Point Club, a public beachfront destination with beach service, food + drinks, a gift shop, excursions, and snorkeling. Also nearby is the Kaibo, another seaside dining spot with a cafe, beach bar & grill, and a fine dining restaurant. 

General Grand Cayman Beach Notes

All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high-water mark.

The shoreline quality behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to shifting tides and weather patterns. The beach next door is also always available for your use.

Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed

Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally.

Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased due to warming waters. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked before your arrival. 

Should sargassum weed be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions, which may include a partial refund or relocation.

  • Shorter stays may be available but subject to a higher cleaning fee. Please inquire before booking.
  • Must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay.

Villa Cleaning & Sanitation

All villas are cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.

Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival. 

Nearby Points of Interest

Getting Around

A rental car is highly recommended. Taxi cabs are unreliable and expensive outside of town and Seven Mile Beach. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island. 

For rental cars, we recommend Budget Cayman, Avis, or Marshalls.
